Replacement for Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product during delivery:
Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package
Share clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Eligible products will be replaced at no additional cost
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of homemade food and herbal products, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only in cases where:
Replacement is not possible
Wrong product was delivered
Order cancellation is approved before shipping
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
